easy access to KTCC, easy access to food (got nasi kandar, fine cuisine, coffee shop nearby) ample parking. requested for late check-out and it was no issues for them. (we checkout at 1++ pm) basic menu selection for breakfast but taste-wise is good. We had some issues with room key but one of the staff (not sure what is his name, we forgot to take note) was very helpful. Kuddos to him🙌🏻 Got sejadah, kiblat direction and quran provided in each room. (for muslim)

My room has been upgraded to a Premium Suite with an extra single bed and without additional charge due to the inavailability of the booked room, definitely beyond my expectation. Everything was good and close to the eateries, shops and mall. Overall, am happy with my stay in this hotel.

Hotel location near drawbridge and ktcc mall and many famous food restaurant here. This hotel got indoor swimming pool which is my child very like play water and dont need to think hot from the sun.

room is quite clean but a lot of dust maybe because of the carpet and im very allegic to dust. but the bed is super comfy and there extra pillow.

Strategic location; near amenities, with accessibility of parking lot. Comfortable, worth the money.

Room is spacious and comfortable bed. Close to mall and restaurants which is nice.

Spacious room with basic amenities. Reasonable price with breakfast included. Reasonable selection of breakfast choices. Good location. Near to shopping mall and other tourist spots

Location is superb. Very near to KTCC Mall, soon Mayang Mall and Draw Bridge. Room is spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast even not much of choices, but its complete and delicious with Terengganu's main dishes.
